Claudelands is located on the corner of Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace in the heart of Hamilton and on the eastern side of the Waikato River.

Parking options
Car parking is available on site and may be available on the surrounding roads depending on the event taking place.
Parking and access for exhibitions and arena events vary. A charge may apply. Please refer to the event listing for event specific parking details.
Accessibility Parking Spaces
A number of accessibility parking spaces are available on site, the location will vary depending on the event. Please refer to Accessibility at Claudelands for more information.
Transport options
Claudelands is a 10-15 minute walk from the CBD, pedestrian access is via the Arena Plaza on Heaphy Terrace.
Bicycle racks are also available on site.
Taxi stands are located on Heaphy Terrace.
Bus stops are situated on Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace. For more information on the city's bus service visit the Busit website.
Other tips
- Be prepared to have your bags checked before you enter the venue and where possible, leave bags at home.
- If you are unsure what you can bring into the venue, check out our Conditions of Entry before you arrive
- The use of hand-held metal detectors will be used to check some patrons. This means there may be some minor delays and congestion at entry gates therefore we strongly urge patrons to arrive early at the venue well before events start.
