Named New Zealand's 2026 NZEA Venue of the Year, Claudelands is a modern solution for conferencing, meetings, banquet dinners, seminars, private functions, indoor or outdoor exhibitions, and public events.

The venue is set on 34 hectares of parkland in the heart of Hamilton city and includes:
- A 6000-capacity entertainment arena
- A four-star conference centre
- A combined 10,000 square metres of indoor and outdoor exhibition space
It’s a clever mix of classy spaces which can be expanded, reduced or used in combinations to suit – whatever the size and style of your event.
Claudelands has a rich cultural history, and has been hosting events in Hamilton since the late 1800s. The extensive redevelopment of Claudelands began in 2007 and an Open Day was held to mark its re-opening in June 2011.
Claudelands is owned and managed by H3, a unit within Hamilton City Council.
