Claudelands is located on the corner of Brooklyn Road and Heaphy Terrace in the heart of Hamilton and on the eastern side of the Waikato River.

Parking options
Car parking is available on site and may be available on the surrounding roads depending on the event taking place.

Accessibility Parking Spaces

Transport options
Claudelands is a 10-15 minute walk from the CBD, pedestrian access is via the Arena Plaza on Heaphy Terrace.
Bicycle racks are also available on site.
Taxi stands are located on Heaphy Terrace.
Bus stops on Heaphy Terrace provide access to the 14 Claudelands bus service. Additional bus stops on Te Aroha Street and Peachgrove Road are within a 10-minute walk and are served by the high-frequency Orbiter and other urban bus routes. Flex is Hamilton's on-demand public transport service and a convenient way to travel between Claudelands and Hamilton's city centre on Friday and Saturday nights between 6pm and 4am. Operating throughout the Hamilton city boundary, Flex offers affordable shared rides from central pick-up and drop-off points. For more information visit the Flex website.
Other tips
- Be prepared to have your bags checked before you enter the venue and where possible, leave bags at home.

- The use of hand-held metal detectors will be used to check some patrons. This means there may be some minor delays and congestion at entry gates therefore we strongly urge patrons to arrive early at the venue well before events start.
