Our three state-of-the-art Heaphy Rooms are our main conference spaces at Claudelands, capable of being used individually or in combination to create larger spaces. 

The Heaphy Rooms are located on the ground floor of our conference & exhibition centre. Accessible restrooms and lift to the upper conference centre are located close to the main Heaphy Room entrance.

Key features of this room include integrated audio visual, complete lighting rig and bars for additional lighting, configurable sound-proof partition wall to divide room into thirds, acoustic design, carpet and easy access to breakout rooms.
