Event arrangements and meeting invitation – Jim Beam Homegrown 2026
As preparations for the Jim Beam Homegrown music concert on Saturday, 14 March 2026 at Claudelands Oval gain momentum, we are pleased to share further details about the event.
Event arrangements:
Street cleaning and security: Security and cleaning contractors will be monitoring the streets around the Events Centre during the event.
Drones: Drones will be used at this event to take footage of the venue. Personal drones are not permitted to fly over the event zone or surrounding streets
Noise Management: The nature of this event means noise will be generated on site throughout Friday and Saturday. We will be managing noise generated from this event as per our noise management plan.
If at any time you are concerned with the noise levels, a dedicated number will be operating throughout the event duration (07 929 3000). Below are the key timings:
Traffic management and parking restrictions
A traffic management plan will be implemented on the surrounding streets which will include road closures and no parking zones. Affected residents will be issued resident passes to gain access into closure points.
