Tips for finding the seat that's right for you
All of the seating at Claudelands is extremely comfortable and will have you feeling apart of the action. There is some seating however, that may be tricky for some people to access, for example the upper seating is accessible only via steep steps.
Check out the table below to find out which seat is right for you.
|Seating section||Rows||Access notes|
|Lower Seating||A-J||Accessed via a gentle gradient of steps which have no handrails. The configuration will vary depending on the event.|
|M-N||Accessed via level 1. Includes wheelchair accessible seating. Hearing loop seating is available at this level.|
Accessed via steep steps there are some handrails. If you have trouble climbing steep steps, we suggest that you choose seating that is on the lateral aisle or in the lower seating. Hearing loop seating is available at this level.
|Floor Seating||Vary||Accessed via the ground floor. Seat numbers and rows vary depending on the event. Hearing loop seating is available at this level.|
How to choose your seat
If you buy your ticket via the Ticketek website, seating is automatically allocated based on the next best seat available. However, you are able to choose your seating when purchaing your tickets in person or via telephone at one of the Ticketek Box Offices.
If you require accessibility seating, please notify Ticketek when purchasing your ticket and they will allocate you accessiblity seating. Find out more about accessibility here.
Seating layouts vary depending on the event. Seating plans specific to the event can be accessed at the Ticketek website via the Claudelands event listings.
